Meet Joyce Greer Franklin, a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, Traffic Director, Morning Show Host and so much more … but most of all I am … Grateful, Thankful and Blessed! Being the host of “The Morning Praise Journey” on Praise 95.9 FM and 910 AM is very close to being the “Icing on the Cake” for me.

The Radio Industry has afforded me a fulfilling lifelong career that began February, 1978 as Receptionist/Traffic, as well as a plethora of friends and trade acquaintances. I’ve always been happy in this field of work, but being the host of “my own show” has proven to be the challenge I didn’t know I wanted.

On Praise I am honored to share what God has empowered me to do. Through Him I am empowered to stand for justice, to aid the weak and disheartened, to feed the hungry and to inspire the despondent. He has not favored me to boast about being favored. I am favored to work the plan of His will.

Being favored enables me to do those greater works that were spoken of in John 14:12: “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father.”

On this Journey I am inspired to share uplifting and motivational moments with the audience through the spoken Word as well as offer praise and adoration for my Heavenly Father. Always joyful, I am at peace and every day I am thankful to be this vessel He has chosen to use for this amazing task. Thank you for joining us on this Journey.
